Ashley Anderson BSc., RN, MSc.
Ashley Anderson has over 10 years of mental health experience working on the crisis hotline, at a mental health and addiction facility and as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department (ED). Ashley Anderson founded Take Back Your Mental Health to Take Back Your Life after she was succumbed by anxiety, depression, PTSD and panic attacks during the pandemic. She could no longer look in the mirror, frequently thought about killing herself and didn’t know how she ended up in such a distressing, emotional state. Ashley noticed various episodes of mental health struggles throughout her life, but the pandemic exacerbated these adversities that no longer could be ignored.
After relinquishing the denial that was holding her back to seek help, Ashley reached out to various avenues to learn how to take back her mental health. After implementing various mind management strategies, Ashley completely cured her depression, reduced her anxiety by nearly 90% and returned to the ED overcoming her PTSD and panic attacks. Ashley became frustrated with the traditional treatments for mental health, so she wanted to share the step-by-step approach she learned throughout her journey.
As an emergency nurse, Ashley knows that patient encounters are short and may only occur once. With this understanding, Ashley wrote the guide, Rewire Your Brain, so that if Ashley had one opportunity to change your life and help you heal, this is everything you would need to know to make it happen!
Mental health consultation sessions are available throughout your healing journey to provide further education, if needed. The one-time fee allows mental health solutions to be accessible to all! Along with Rewire Your Brain, Ashley devices Individualized Growth Plans, so that people understand where they can start on their healing journey to be successful, as one shoe doesn’t fit all. Ashley has learned it’s important to meet everyone where they are, as you are exactly where you are supposed to be! She looks forward to teaching you to soar like a butterfly because life is too short to waste another day!
